Hi, I'm Beesan, and I'm reaching out to rally support for Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA). This incredible organization is dedicated to helping individuals with mental health needs by providing hygiene kits to communities living on the streets in Los Angeles County. Hygiene and access to hygiene products play a vital role in boosting mental health and protecting an individual's dignity. MHALA's Street Outreach program does just that.

The National Insitute of Health conducted a very interesting case study connecting higher prevalence of mental illness in an unhoused community due to a lack of access to basic hygiene: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5580630/

Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of those who cannot access basic needs such as soap, wipes, toothpaste, and other sanitary products. Donations to this campaign will help MHALA continue its vital work by providing 150 hygiene kits to young adults and seniors living on the streets. Together, we can uplift those in need and support the mental health of our community. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with as many people as you know.

Each kit costs $20, so every dollar counts. Thank you! :)
