Please help put the smile back on my face.
As embarrassing as it is for me to ask for help, I am in urgent need of dental work. Extensive periodontal disease is also raising my blood pressure and increasing the risk of Infection. Several dentists confirmed that due to the magnitude of the damage, dentures will not work for me, and that I’m the perfect candidate for full dental implants.
Smiling at friends and strangers has always been one of my greatest pleasures. Now I’ve lost my smile.
I am reaching out to my community to request your financial donation to get implants to improve my wellbeing, restore my ability to eat without pain, and bring back my smile!
You probably already know that, by nature, I’m an extremely outgoing, friendly and helpful guy. I always practice random acts of kindness. I enjoy being of service, generously giving my time, my money and my heart. And now I need your help!
It is stressful and humiliating for me to give sales presentations and bring in new business while missing several teeth – especially my front tooth. I feel judged, and I try to hide my teeth when I talk.
To get both upper and lower teeth done in Austin (in one day!) will cost an astounding 40 grand, and my dental insurance will only pay a tiny fraction of that. I am also exploring options in Mexico and Costa Rica, but that will require at least two trips and several days off work. My heart’s desire is to get it done locally so that any potential issues can be addressed immediately.
I am setting the intention to raise at least $20,000 to get “all on 4” dental implants on my upper teeth right away. This procedure will correct my critical dental issues and heal the other medical conditions associated with the gum disease.
Because my overall health is at risk, the dentist wants to schedule surgery as soon as possible. I am appealing to you to raise the funds by May 2, 2018.

As a proud man, it is difficult for me to request assistance, but I am tired of feeling like crap, physically and emotionally drained, and self-conscious about my teeth.
