I can’t give too much detail, as I’m trying to reunify through the court system and public platforms and social media can be tricky to navigate with these kinds of cases. If you have any questions message me privately please and I’ll do my best to be open and honest!

After 8 years of being my girl Avery’s primary caregiver, her dad decided he wasn’t going to return her. He’s shut off her only means of communication with me, lives with someone he just met and I don’t know where that is, refuses to communicate and has unilaterally decided what’s best for Avery. I’m forced to retain a lawyer and my case is an emergency so time is off the essence. I have a lawyer who can start the emergency proceedings immediately- I just need a little help with costs associated with getting Avery back.

Avery didn’t want to even go spend time with her dad this weekend and I forced her because he wanted to see her for her birthday.

i never thought this would be my reality. Missing my girl like crazy and I know she’s gotta be so worried and scared this is what she always thought would happen and feared it. I never thought much of it, thought the fear was irrational. I will not stop fighting until I have her back .. I dont even know if she is safe! I have no info, I’m getting the cold shoulder entirely. He doesn’t make good parenting decisions and the company he’s in is aiding him in keeping her from her only primary caregiver for the last 8 years. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
