<div><strong>Help Me Bring My Girls Back Home &amp; Secure Legal Representation</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello hello, family, friends, and kind-hearted supporters —
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Destiny (Ra'Kiya) Johnson. I’m a mother of two beautiful girls, A’Talya (8) and Bellamy (5), and the owner of a small but growing wedding planning and design business. I’ve worked so hard to build a safe, stable life for my daughters, balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. My girls are my world, and every decision I make begins and ends with what is best for them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, I am currently facing an unexpected and overwhelming legal battle that I cannot navigate alone. What started as a simple effort to create consistency, stability, and support for my daughters has spiraled into a complex custody situation that now requires immediate legal representation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why I Need Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After relocating to North Carolina for a fresh start and better opportunities, my children were unexpectedly ordered to be returned to Georgia under a temporary order that did not take into account the full history, our safety, or the documented communication challenges I faced. This order has placed an enormous emotional and financial strain on me and my girls.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am now urgently seeking an attorney who can:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Help me legally and safely bring my daughters back home
</li>
<li>Protect my rights as a mother
</li>
<li>Ensure their best interests are fully heard and represented
</li>
<li>Address important facts that were previously overlooked
</li>
<li>Help correct procedural issues and ensure fairness moving forward
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have been representing myself to the best of my ability, researching laws, attending hearings, and advocating with everything I have — but this situation has outgrown what I can manage alone. I need a skilled family law attorney who can stand with me and help me protect my children’s stability, education, emotional well-being, and safety.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What the Funds Will Cover</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All donations will go directly toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Retainer fees for a family law attorney in Georgia
</li>
<li>Continued legal filings, hearings, and representation
</li>
<li>Document preparation, service fees, and expert consultations if needed
</li>
<li>Ensuring I can still support my children and maintain my business during this process
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a single mother and small business owner, this situation has placed a heavy financial burden on me — but I refuse to give up. My daughters deserve stability, security, and to be raised in a loving, peaceful home environment. I am fighting for that with everything in me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Means So Much</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A’Talya and Bellamy are bright, joyful, and resilient little girls. They deserve to feel safe, supported, and surrounded by love every single day. My biggest prayer is to bring them back home where their routines, teachers, friends, and mother are. This legal fight is not out of anger — it is out of love. Purely love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a prayer — every bit of support brings me one step closer to getting the legal help I desperately need. I am humbled and grateful for anyone willing to stand with us during this time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for listening, thank you for caring, and thank you for helping me fight for my girls.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Destiny (RaKiya) Johnson
