Bring Alex back home to his siblings

Hello, we are Dick and Marcia, grandparents of Alex, and we are reaching out to all of you to help our daughter, Heather, fight to regain custody of Alex and bring him back home to his siblings.
A brief background for you ... Alex has always had an uncomfortable relationship with his father and has never enjoyed visitation. He increasingly made it known to his mom and father, beginning in the summer of 2019, that he no longer wanted a relationship with his father. That summer, Alex wanted to end his life rather than return for visitation. Heather immediately sought counseling for Alex, informed his father of what occurred and invited him to come to Colorado to see Alex and work with her and the counselor to help him. The counselor had advised Heather it was not a good idea for Alex to return for visitation due to the severity of how Alex was feeling. Instead of talking to Heather (he never returned a single phone call or email), his father decided to hold Heather in contempt of court. There is more that occurred from that summer, including another event where Alex had suicidal ideation, till today, but that would be a very long story.
Fast forward to this summer (2022) and the court proceedings. The judge decided that Alex should go live with his father because it was the only way for Alex to have a relationship with his father since the visitation wasn't working to foster one. As a result, Alex is forced into a relationship he doesn't want.
As you can imagine, this decision devastated Alex, his mom, siblings (Eirinn, Lily and Shane), stepdad (Brent, who Alex calls Daddy), and his friends in Colorado. Alex had told his father, the guardian ad litem, and the social worker he did not want to live with his father and wanted to stay with his siblings because they are his most important relationship. They didn't listen. Alex was not even permitted to return to Colorado to say goodbye to his friends and the life he had known there for seven years.
Based on all the information we have, we feel the judge had his mind made up before the hearing and was biased. Heather was not allowed to present any testimony on her behalf (he told her lawyer he had no interest in hearing from Heather or Brent, nor the psychologist they had). Alex wasn't allowed to speak to the judge directly.
In light of all of this, Heather and Brent packed up and sold their house in Colorado (where Alex was flourishing) and moved to Tennessee, where they are now only 25 miles from Alex, who resides in Southaven, MS. Heather did this because she asked Alex "what can I do to make this easier on you." Alex told her, "Live closer." Heather also did this because Alex needs his siblings as much as his siblings need him. As she has told us, "This isn't about me, this is about my kids and them having each other."
Due to this fight and move, Heather has liquidated all her financial resources and is now in need of help. Heather is too proud to ask for assistance because she has never been in debt. So, we are asking for her.
We ask for your help because this has taken both a financial and emotional toll on Heather and her family. Please help us help our daughter fight for Alex. Alex wants to come home to be with his siblings and pursue his dreams.
Thank you for your time in reading this. Every little bit helps, and we appreciate you whether you can give or not. God Bless.
