<div>That's when I found Brightstar Boxing gym and I have been given an opportunity to volunteer as a boxing coach having boxed myself and some of the transferable skills gained from my time in the Army it made perfect sense for me to help adults and children to box which builds self discipline resilience confidence and so many more physical and mental benefits as well as giving back to my local community

<div>So I've decided to walk and jog 50 miles whilst carrying 50 Lbs throughout the month of September to help raise funds that will help the boxing gym at Brightstar towards boxing equipment for all those who attend the sessions it really really will go a long way
