Dear friends, family, and kindhearted strangers,

I’m reaching out to ask for help for my son Josh, his wife Kiara, and their four children. The past few months have been incredibly challenging for their family, with one setback after another.

    •    A few months ago, Kiara’s Ford Explorer overheated, and the water pump failed. The repair cost is over $2,500, leaving them without reliable transportation.

    •    Just recently, Kiara was on her way to pick up the kids from school when rocks from a truck shattered her windshield and vent window. Replacing the glass will cost another $700.

    •    Kiara has also been facing unexplained leg pain, leading to multiple hospital visits and tests. Without health insurance until next month, they’ve incurred medical bills of over $500, with no clear answers yet about her condition.

    •    This morning, Josh experienced a devastating accident. While driving to work, he hit black ice, causing his vehicle to roll four times. Thankfully, he wasn’t seriously injured, but the vehicle was totaled, and it wasn’t fully insured. Now they need to purchase a new vehicle to get to work, take the kids to school, and keep their family running.

As the holidays approach, these unexpected expenses have placed an incredible financial strain on them. Josh and Kiara are hardworking parents who have always done their best to provide for their family, but this series of hardships has made it nearly impossible to get back on their feet.

We are asking for help to cover:

    •    Vehicle repairs and replacement: $3,200

    •    Medical bills: $500

    •    Support for holiday expenses for their four kids.
