Shane Williams from Bridgetown Wildlife Rescue is an utterly amazing woman who has dedicated her life to rescuing and rehabilitating our wildlife in particular our kangaroos.
Shane rescues hundreds of kangaroos each years and raises many herself as well as training and mentoring many other carers.
Raising kangaroos is very expensive with 1 joey costing around $1800 to raise.
Shane raises around 40 at any one time, all at her own cost.
Shanes mounting costs means she is unable to currently take on any more joeys as her food bill for them is spiralling.
Shane is the most dedicated carer I know.
I know Shane at somepoint has helped each and every one of us, so lets help a girl out if we all just donated $5 each we could reach this target so easily!
