Lyanna Montanaro Education Fund
It is with heavy heart we inform you that one of our former General Managers, Bridget Hearrin (Montanaro), passed away this past Sunday, October 28 at the very young 35 years of age. Some of our older customers may remember Bridget from when she started with us back in 2011 or from sometime in the nearly four years she was at Pet Care Plus. Bridget was always full of energy and greeted everyone with a smile when they came in. She also saw Pet Care Plus through many phases of our growth. Most importantly she aided us with the move to our new home on Laflin St. had a hand in both the design and procedures that allow us to take such great care of all the dogs in our care to this day. We are greatly saddened by this loss of one of our former team members and are most heartbroken for her husband, Domenic, and new daughter, Lyanna, who was not yet even one year old.
We are asking our Pet Care Plus family to help if they knew Bridget, or just feel that the excellent care we give today is do in no small part to her, to help with a contribution towards Lyanna’s future education. We have set up a Go Fund Me account with proceeds going towards a trust fund for her education which we know Bridget would have wanted for her. Please feel free to share this with anyone you may know that was a Pet Care Plus client during this time or anyone who may want to help. Again she will be dearly missed and please know that much of her still lives on in our work and space every day.
