<div>I am Elaine Perez, a Real Estate Broker, Property Manager and Entrepreneur that encounters many people daily who are working hard and trying to push forward. Through my work, I am blessed to be able to help and empower others in their quest to improve their living conditions and lives.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Every day, there are people working hard to rebuild their lives — parents, single adults, young professionals, and families — who are doing everything they can, yet still feel stuck.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Not because they are lazy.
</div>
<div>Not because they lack motivation.
</div>
<div>But because life gets heavy when you’re carrying everything alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sometimes, all it takes is a small amount of support to change someone’s entire momentum.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why I created The Bridge Forward Fund— a community-powered fund that provides micro-support to people who are already putting in the effort but just need a little help to stay moving forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fund helps cover:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Monthly professional home cleaning support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Grocery store gift cards
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Home organization assistance
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Basic household stability resources
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>These are not handouts.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>They are bridges — short-term support that gives people back their time, clarity, dignity, and mental space so they can keep building.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have spent my life working with families, entrepreneurs, and individuals rebuilding their financial and personal lives. I’ve seen firsthand how small obstacles become massive barriers — and how small support can unlock massive progress.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fund exists for:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Single parents balancing work, kids, and exhaustion
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Individuals rebuilding after hardship
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Families living paycheck to paycheck but pushing forward
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anyone actively trying to improve their life
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar donated goes directly to:
</div>
<div>✔ Cleaning services
</div>
<div>✔ Grocery support
</div>
<div>✔ Organization assistance
</div>
<div>✔ Direct household stability support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We carefully vet recipients and track impact to ensure every donation truly changes lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve ever needed a hand,
</div>
<div>If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed,
</div>
<div>If you believe effort deserves support —
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is your chance to be someone’s turning point.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being part of this mission.
</div>
