bride's worst nightmare

When my boyfriend of years proposed matrimony to me I was beyond excited to have the wedding of my dreams.It took us almost a year to choose a venue for our dream wedding and to save the money it would take to get the venue. We felt very comfortable having a place with great reviews and in our price range.  On Monday morning exactly 38 days before our wedding we received an email saying that they will be closing the venue we had signed; shattering my dream wedding and leaving emotional stress on me. When communicating with them they offer paying not even half of the money they received from us or moving the wedding too far away to another one of their halls. I am not the only one affected by the actions of the venue but i am the closest wedding. With one month left for my wedding  me and my fiance can not cancel the wedding and have no much time to come up with money for another place on our own. The money would be going for the new emergency venue for our wedding on august 24 2019. Every cent or share would mean a lot towards saving my wedding. Thank you for you time
