In Loving Memory of Brian:
Donations in Brian’s memory.
Our beloved father, Brian, was a passionate amateur gardener whose love for gardening brought immense joy to his family, friends, and neighbours. Gardening not only provided him with joy but also gave him the flexibility to support his son Chris who has a learning disability.
As a family, with the incredible support of Lorna Robinson, we spent four years searching for a suitable home for Chris. We were fortunate to find a place with Ordinary Lifestyles.
Lorna owns and runs The Pavilion Project which supports adults with learning difficulties. Chris has his day care provision in this wonderful community dedicated to helping individuals thrive.
The Pavilion Project empowers individuals to play a more positive and active role in their local community, enables informed choices in their day-to-day lives. It promotes equality and respect for all, and encourages collaboration for the mutual benefit of individuals and the community.
Knowing that Chris is in a loving and supportive environment brought Brian and Irene tremendous comfort. They found solace in the fact that their son was happy and living a fulfilling life within a protective community.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank The Pavilion Project for the support that they have had and continue to receive.
In honour of Brian’s memory, we ask for any donations to be directed to The Pavilion Project to help create a beautiful flower garden for the staff and individuals to enjoy.
We sincerely thank you for your support in attending Brian's funeral and for helping fulfil his wish for a beautiful flower garden.
