Brians fight against Acute Leukemia

Donation protected
On Tuesday May 30th, my brother was taken to emergency room of the local hospital where he lives.  He was informed by the doctor there that he needed to get to Community North Cancer Center in Indianapolis immediately.  Once he got there, tests were done including a bone marrow, that is when the doctors told him he had AML(Acute Myeloid Leukemia).  He was admitted into the hospital and was told he had to start chemo treatments right away.  This leukemia is very aggressive and fast progressing.  For the past 7 days he has been on continuous chemo.  Doctors informed him that he would be in the hospital for at least the next 3 weeks.  He is scheduled for another bone marrow biopsy near the end of the month to see if chemo has worked.  My brother has been laid off from work and now has no medical insurance to cover these unexpected expenses. My brother has always been a hard worker and has been able to take care of his own bills and expenses.  He has never had to ask for help and still doesn’t want to, but we are not sure how to take care of all the hospital and treatment expenses.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated so he is able to continue getting the care and treatments he needs.
