Hi my Friends!!
It's not my usual "exciting, thilling adventure" story. I flipped over my handlebars and broke my collarbone. Not even doing my usual trail riding...it was on a sidewalk. NOTHING fancy. Embarrassing. HOWEVER, due to my insurancve premium skyrocketing to $400.00 a month, I had to let it go...I'm learning that more and more people had to do the same and let go of insurance.
SOOOO I am not convinced that the current "boasting" of "nearly every American has insurance under the Affordable Care Act" is truthful....Mine was not affordable.
I cannot find a hospital that is willing to accept payments. My surgery is estimated $12-13,000.00.
I need this surgery STAT (did you see the photo? LOL)
That's $20.00 from 600 friends...not even sure I have 600 friends LOL Forward to people you know that may help a stranger, if you so desire!
I love you all, even if money is tight and you cannot contribute (hell, even if you don't want to contribute for your own reasons, I still love you !)
