On June 10th I am setting out cycle from Land's End to John o' Groats in 14 days at an average of 70 miles a day entirely unsupported and entirely sel-funded.

<div>During 2021, around 22,000 people volunteered their time for Samaritans.
</div>

<div>Almost 20,000 trained listening volunteers responded to calls for help.
</div>

<div>Around 2,500 volunteers supported the running of more than 200 branches and locations across the UK and Ireland.
</div>

<div>Over 1,300 people in prison volunteered as trained Listeners.
</div>
