Volunteer Trip To Portugal

Parker and I are going to Portugal for two weeks in August for a volunteer food rescue trip. We have been planning this trip for 3 years, waiting for Parker to turn 16, as that is the minimun age to volunteer abroad!! I have been eager to go on a trip with Parker, to give him the gift of giving back and paying it forward. I see this trip as a right of passage, that Paige and I had the oppotunity to do in Costa Rica in 2014. I want my children to experience what life is like on the other side of world, without all the privledges that they have grown up with. I want them feel the joy of helping others and have pride in putting others needs before their own. Parker and I will be in Portugal for two weeks, rescuing unused food from vendors and preparing and delivering food to those in need as well as working in soup kitchens.  Please help us raise the funds to make this trip possible.
