Brentwood's High School Light Board

We are the Musical Theatre program at Brentwood High School, in Pittsburgh, PA. We are a small school, just outside the city limits. Also, over half of our students receive free or reduced lunches, so money and funding is a huge issue for us.
Our auditorium needs a new light board to operate the stage lights, not just for our musicals, but also for concerts and other programs and ceremonies that take place there.
The 1st picture that is attached is our current light board. It is nearly 25 years old. Every year, I, and the maintance/sound director, play with the board, using every possible thing we can think of, including duct tape, to keep the board running. We have had to smack it to get it to work, and it still throws little fits during our shows and activities. Lights stay on when they shouldn't, and won't go off when they should!
The new light board that we need is not the latest model with all the bells and whistles. It is just a small board that will work with the current lighting that exists on our stage (also very old) but will also be able to work with new lighting, should we ever get it.
