Bren's Medical Fund

1-8-18 We are so grateful to everyone who has donated so far. We have moved to the next stage in the process of Bren's recovery. He has been transferred to Baylor for neuro rehab. He will likely be here for a month or more. This means lots of driving back and forth to and from Dallas, lodging as needed,food, and More time missed from work as needed so we can be there to support Bren during his therapies as often as we are able. Plus Anything extra Bren may need as things develop for him as we go. We knew this would be a long and winding road, but we are only just beginning to really know the scope of what that means. Anything anyone can give is a blessing. And prayers are a blessing also. Thank you so much, from our family to every one of yours. From Christi: As many of you know, Bren was in a horrific car accident. He needs multiple surgeries for broken bones and his brain is bleeding. People keep asking if we need anything, or saying that if we need anything to let them know. We are not the types to put too many things out there or ask for help, but our baby is sick. Greg cannot go to work. He needs to be here with our son; he needs to be here with us. We have been sleeping on the waiting room floor and in our car because we live so far from the hospital and do not want to be that far away from Bren. However, we are left not only worrying about Bren but how things are going to get taken care of at home if we have no paycheck. Our immediate need is absolutely PRAYER WITHOUT CEASING for our Bren, but we also have a monetary need. Another need we have is food. Our older kids are at home fending for themselves; my in laws are helping them as well. They could all use a hot meal since mama is not there to cook for them. Snacks, etc for us as well as Bren's mom while we wait at the hospital would be helpful. If anyone feels led to help with any of these things, God bless you, and know that we are eternally grateful.
