Brendan's Medical Bills

On Sunday (August 10),Thornbury United's senior squad Goal Keeper, Brendan Bacon was very badly injured in an onfield collision. His courage and determination to represent Thornbury United each week and play the sport he loves has sadly left him hospitalised with a fractured skull and consequent brain injury. He has been recovering in hospital for the short-term, and the road to recovery will be a lengthy and trying process.

We ask kindly, that you make a donation to this page to help support Brendan, his wife Jess and their young family through the medical costs and loss of income during this time.

They are proud Thornbury United representatives as both friends and team mates. They deserve all the support they can get. We hope the recovery will be swift and life returns to normal as soon as possible for Brendan and his family.
