My uncle Brendan Cronin from Killarney, Co.Kerry was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in June 2017 and was given 9-12months to live.
He went to America for a second opinion and the Doctors proposed a course of Chemotherapy followed by Radiotherapy in Ireland and a return trip to America to have the tumour removed. This was the only option available to him as the operation could not be done in Ireland or Europe.
He is due to return to America this week to undergo an operation to have the tumour removed. The operation has an estimated cost of €250,000.
I am asking for any donation however small towards this life saving operation.
