Brenda Douglas - Mother & Friend

Hello! This fundraiser has been curated solely for the purpose to assist in the home-going service of Brenda Ann Douglas. Brenda was a native of Washington, DC. The oldest of 4 children, birthing 9 children of her own and for entire life until the day she went home to be with the Lord - she was strength personified! During this time, we the Douglas family have been faced with the tasked of sending our loved one home. On Thursday of last week we were hit with a blow that regardless of any amount of preparation, no one can ever be "fully" prepared. In preparing to organize all of the necessary items and arrangements our family has been faced with financial challenges and delays that are preventing us from giving her the proper salute. In an effort to alleviate some of the financial stress and burden that are often times associated with such a task we are kindly asking that the friends, family, and associates both distant and far to both Brenda and other members of this family to contribute towards this cause.
