With <strong>no homeowners insurance,</strong> the family has no safety net and is being forced to start completely from zero. We cannot stress enough how devastating it is to face this kind of loss with nothing to fall back on.

<div>Marissa, a devoted mother, provides ongoing care for her Sabrina who has special needs and cannot live independently, while raising a new college student. By nothing short of a miracle, Marissa and Sabrina <strong>escaped the fire with only the clothes on their backs</strong>, not even shoes, while Markus, thankfully, was safe at college. Now, the family has lost everything: their home, their belongings, their memories, and their sense of safety—and they urgently need to rebuild their home to have any chance of moving forward.
