Who are We?
Revive Fit Studio is a movement. Breathe.Stretch.Pray is a class. Through them, our team aims to be vehicles that God can use to heal, revive and set clients FREE. 

The Request?
We are seeking $30,000 by August 1, 2018 from friends, family and those passionate about bringing heaven to earth so that we can all walk in who we are created to be...free from comparison, pain, trauma, cancer, daily mental battles and so much more. The Lord is the ultimate Redeemer who can lead us on this complete health journey as we steward our bodies well in a fitness environment. 

Purpose of Funds?
This funding will specifically be used for part-time compensation for three members of our team over a six month period in order for us to research, refine, and prepare a training manual with the BEST scripture-based class format for true healing. God has led us back to the drawing board and though it will take more time, it is going to be GOOD. Quality. Rejuvenating. Healing. Because God doesn't create anything that isn't amazing and He is leading this adventure!

Our team will be dedicating time and energy to finding the best techniques out there to incorporate into this truly unique class. This includes delving deep into physical therapy, massage therapy, inner healing, counseling, mental toughness workshops, breathing techniques, trauma therapy, and more. Our BSP class will be all-encompassing and it WILL lead many clients to miraculous freedom. 

The vision is to create an instructor training manual and to lead quarterly trainings throughout the year. It will create sustainable income for our studio and will help raise funds for our very own space someday soon. 

The Class
BSP is not about the actual poses, it's about movement that prepares us; body, soul, and spirit to connect with and create space for the Lord. Be intentional with the pose and stay strong, but keep your mind set on him! This is where grace comes in...because you're not focused on the pose, but on Him. When you fall out of a pose, you will have more transcending love that comes from him and changes the way you see yourself. With this grace, will come more self-love...a pure and holy love which does not boast or envy. Look at him and become like him (2 Cor 3:18). That's truth. Taste and see! 

How is BSP Different Than Yoga?
With yoga, the poses are rooted in a connection with gods and self. BSP uses movement to stimulate our body which was created for him to prepare a pure and intentional space for the Lord to come and do what only He can do. His Presence is what transforms us in body, soul and spirit, not what we do. In other words, our actions and movement don't draw us nearer to him. Our actions and movement prepare us to create space for him to come and transform our minds and hearts as we look at him. 

Expect true transformation in this class. We will be honing in on worship, scripture, breath, transforming our minds through meditative prayer, strengthening poses, biblical nutrition, fasting and community. Can't get much better than that!

The Options:
We need to reach 100 donors at $100/month for three months to reach our goals (all funds received by Aug 1, 2018). This will include a monthly membership for three months at Revive Fit Studio (expires 3 months from date of purchase). If you would prefer a one time donation, that works great, too. Every dollar is a blessing to our team!
