<div>My name is Aina. I am a member of the Church, married, and a father of four children. Many of you already know that our first child has sickle cell disease, a condition that requires constant care and significant medical expenses.

<div>Just last month, my wife had to undergo two surgeries due to a breast abscess, which brought many unexpected medical costs and put us under heavy financial pressure.
