<div>I started Silent Strength as a way to push myself beyond my limits — not just physically, but mentally. Through endurance challenges, I want to test resilience, build discipline, and show what’s possible when you refuse to give in, even when things get tough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But this is about more than just challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m raising money for Summit Inside, a not-for-profit focused on men’s mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Our mission is to stop men killing themselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We do this by providing short courses that equip men with stronger physical and mental health, better relationships, lasting fellowship, and a renewed sense of purpose through meaningful challenges.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Our vision is a world where suicide is no longer the biggest killer of men under 50." - SUMMIT INSIDE
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This cause is close to home. I’ve seen first-hand the impact that mental health struggles can have, and there is a history of male suicide in my family. Too many men feel like they have to carry everything alone, stay quiet, and push through without support. That silence can be dangerous.
</div>
<div>Through these challenges, I want to represent something different — that struggle doesn’t have to be hidden, and strength isn’t about suffering alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the coming months, I’ll be taking on:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2x boxing matches
</div>
<div>Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge
</div>
<div>3 peaks challenge in 24hrs
</div>
<div>6 hour endurance run in the Surrey hills
</div>
<div>Coast to Coast cycle
</div>
<div>Climbing Mount Krivan in Slovakia
</div>
<div>More TBC
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each one is a test of endurance, discipline, and mindset — all in support of a bigger mission.
</div>
<div>If this resonates with you, any support — whether that’s a donation or simply sharing the page — genuinely makes a difference.
