Our Mission
We are The Dillon Group LA LLC, a woman and veteran- owned small business launching Tracey’s House—a 24/7 therapeutic residential home for girls aged 12 to 19 who have faced trauma, abuse, neglect, or instability. Our mission is to restore dignity, provide structure, and empower healing through trauma-informed care, therapy, and life skills development.

This isn’t just a program. It’s a lifeline.

Why This Mission Is Personal
At the age of 15, I entered the foster care system myself. I moved between group homes and foster placements, often feeling invisible and hopeless. By 19, I was a high school dropout struggling to raise two daughters on my own.

But through resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to change my life, I earned my GED, enrolled in community college, and graduated at the top of my class. I went on to earn a Bachelor's in Business and a Master of Science in Accounting.
I thought my next step was a CPA license—but my heart pulled me in another direction. I realized that I wasn’t meant to just count numbers. I was meant to change lives.
Tracey’s House is my calling—and a chance to create the kind of stability and support I so desperately needed as a teen.

Why We’re Asking for Help
We’ve laid the groundwork—formed the LLC, built the business plan, and are preparing for state licensing. But to open our doors, we must raise $50,000 in startup capital to cover:

• Licensing and facility renovations
• Staffing (therapists, nurses, direct care workers)
• Furnishings, safety upgrades, and trauma-informed tools
• Launch of therapeutic and life-skills programming

While we are applying for loans and grants, the need is urgent—and every delay is a missed opportunity to help a young girl who needs safety now.

Why This Matters
In Louisiana, there are far too few licensed therapeutic homes that truly meet the needs of older adolescent girls—those who are hardest to place and closest to adulthood. Without intervention, many of these girls face incarceration, exploitation, or becoming unhoused.

Tracey’s House is designed to break that cycle—by providing structure, emotional support, therapeutic care, and real-world tools for independence.

Who We Are
We are Tracey and Broderick, co-founders of The Dillon Group LA LLC. We aim to fill a critical gap in Louisiana’s continuum of care between basic group homes and psychiatric treatment. But more importantly, I’ve lived the story we’re trying to rewrite for others.
