Brazos Drive-in Digital Campaign

As many of ya'll know, the Brazos Drive-in Theatre campaigned last year to be one of the winners for a digital projector from Honda. Our hearts swelled when we saw the community's unwavering support by voting and spreading the word for the Brazos each day. It truly was a great moment in Brazos Drive-in History!
Unfortunately, we, as in the Brazos and the community, did not win.
Jennifer Miller, owner of the Brazos for the past 30 years, went ahead and bit the bullet and obtained a loan and bought the $85,000 projector (whoa). It has taken a huge hit on the business as you can only imagine.
We are asking you to donate $5 or $10 to help pay off the digital system so we can focus on playing great movies (and paying off our other debts!)
The Brazos Drive-in is for sale. The monies generated through this effort go directly to paying off the digital system so it will help the next owner keep the Brazos showing great flicks for another 60 years.
What do you say? If we can get half our facebook fans to donate just $5 we will be set!
