Brave Nurse Almost Killed After Stopping To Help!

I have recently come across a lady, Ms. Ashley Harvey, who has an incredible story of survival! I am posting her link so that you can verify it yourself! ** You can also Google ; Ashley Harvey Arkansas. The News coverage will come up! One rainy night, Ashley was driving in Arkansas, after she left her nephew's sixteen birthday celebration. As she drove, she saw a car that had flipped over! Her innate desire to help immediately kicked in, so she stopped to render aid, as she normally does whenever she comes across a person in need of medical help! Ashley is a Registered Nurse. As she was walking to the flipped car with her flashlight, she saw the face of the victim. After that, she has no more memories of what happened next. The following day, she woke up in the ICU unit in the hospital! She was told that she was hit by a car! She, and some others ( including a fireman ) was rammed into by a car that had come off a curve, as it hydroplaned, causing this almost deadly accident! It caused a severe chain reaction,  as bodies were flipped and swung through the air! Ashley had many broken bones and had  fractures all over! Her youngest daughter had witnessed the accident! She thought her mommy was dead! She's ( child ) presently in Therapy, as she now has Post Traumatic Disorder, after witnessing a horrid accident that nearly killed her mom! Ashley has gone through extensive rehabilitation and surgeries,  and has had to learn basic motor functioning. She was told that her arm will hopefully be at 80% capacity someday. She has lost her Job, because of her disability. She is in constant pain, but manages as best she can. Ashley is a single Mother of 3 children. Her son is 11, and the girls are 4 and 12. Life is truly challenging for this 31 year old woman, but she is trying to hang in there! Depression many times grips her! Sometimes she isolates herself, because she feels so much despair, and feels like she's all alone fighting these battles! When I first heard her voice, she lit up my home, even through the phone lines! I could feel her bright spirit! Her 4 year old have asked her, " Mommy, why do you always stop and help people"? She told her, " because I am a Nurse, and it's my responsibility to help anyone whose in need"! So the kids got use to their Mother doing what her calling had lead her to do! She's a true Warrior! Ashley's plate is full! Both daughters have attention deficit disorder. Her son has a Port in his stomach that has a function of giving him medicine as well as cleaning out his colon. Being in daily pain, she has to keep going, as she does her Mother duties. She's a native of Arkansas, but moved to Texas for a great nursing opportunity. She has no family here in Texas. She has it all by herself. Presently, she lives on the top floor at an apartment complex. All the bottom floor apt.s were taken when she moved in. She tries to keep her children quiet! But since she's been sick, it's been harder to control her children. The neighbor's are always calling the Police on her! And they do this, as they all know her personal story and what she deals with!  When the cops come to her door, this always gives her panic attacks! I haven't met Ashley, but I did speak with her on the phone. As we discussed her situation, I heard the youngest child ask, " are the police coming today"? This broke my heart to hear this! So sad!  She wants to move to another location after her lease is up! She is wishing for a house to rent. I am wishing, hoping, and praying for a house for them too! And what I really wish for? Is a home that she can call her own! I hope we can raise enough where a fixer upper can be made into a decent home for Ashley and her children! She tried to be a hero to that accident victim on that rainy night! Let's be Ashley's HERO , and show her that people really DO care and want the best for her! All money raised goes directly to her! I am just a person who is trying to help her. She did attempt to start her own GO FUND me! But all was received was $25.00 I am hoping for much more for a woman who desperately needs help! Thank you so much to all who helps her! It is very much appreciated! Lastly, if we can't reach her goal, whatever is raised can help alleviate her financial burdens. Also, please post her link in your Social Media! Please! Her story needs to get OUT there! Thanks again!
