Help Homeless Outreach Partnership change lives!

My birthday fundraiser and Skydive to support HOP Team (Homeless Outreach Partnership) in changing lives in Bradford!

For my birthday this year, I am doing a skydive as something I aways wanted to do as well as a symbol of my commitment to the HOP Team and the important work we do everyday !

I am raising money for the incredible Bradford Homeless Outreach Partnership Team. This is a multi-agency support service committed to have a lifechanging impact in homeless people's lives in Bradford.

The people we support are affected by homelessness , human trafficking and modern slavery, substance abuse, physical and mental health and other

At the HOP team we are dedicated to support the most vulnerable people in Bradford in and throughout their journey of recovery, accessing specialist individual support to overcome their barriers and reaching a place of being independent and being able to live a free, safe and build a fulfilled life as they wish and deserves.
