So many lost everything in Hurricane Florence. Among them was Brad Long, emcee of The Carolina Opry in Myrtle Beach for almost a decade. Brad watched the water rising in his newly-renovated home, and saw it standing in almost two feet of water for several days while he, his wife Kelly, and their two children stayed with family nearby.
As Brad’s Carolina Opry family, we are reaching out to our many patrons, fans, season ticket holders, and visitors who have enjoyed the show down the years to help raise funds to cover the significant difference between what FEMA can provide and what it will take to get them back into their house—which is around $68,000.
