boat restoration for 2 wheelchairs

My name is Lyn. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and I also have a 14 year old son with cerebral palsy; we are both wheelchair bound. As a result, we find it very difficult to go anywhere as a family. My husband has always wanted to adapt a boat for both us to use and after years of searching, he has finally gotten one that is suitable to be adapted. It's basically only a shell and he's very handy so he will do all the work on it himself, when time allows as he is a carer for both myself and my son.

Other than the labour, the adaptations themselves would be quite expensive, for example, flooring, hoists, wheelchair ramps, etc. We would greatly appreciate any help so that we can enjoy ourselves together as a family for day trips and weekends.

We hope you can make our wish a reality.
