Flood relief

Hi my name is Marcy and I am reaching out to my community to get some help for my grandparents. They have recently experienced and terrible flood as well as their neighbors. It has turned their yard into what looks like a river and has completely destroyed their basement. They have been up the past 3 nights trying to prevent it from reaching the main floor by using pumps to get the water to the ditch but it’s not making great progress.
