Sick and in need

I have been very sick for a long time and have spent more time in the hospital this year than I have at home. I need help with medical supplies and things in the home that are falling apart. My wife is doing the best that she can to keep up but we are falling very far behind and need help to keep things together. I would never ask for help if I wasn’t in true need of it and have nowhere else to turn.
