For the Family of Arnold Brown

The family of Arnold Brown needs our help. A great husband and father has passed away and now they are dealing with a great loss. Not only are they mourning the loss of a loved one, they are also having to deal with out of pocket expenses. As many of you know, Carol is a teacher and that is the only income they have now. Arnold earned a degree in Criminal Justice Administration from California State University Los Angeles, then graduated from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Academy, and began his service with the Los Angeles School District Police Department. Arnold's 30-year career in law enforcement continued when he later became certified and worked for years as a polygraph examiner.
Over the years Arnold has been a faithful Boston Celtics fan and the proud owner of a 1973 Corvette. As to his Celtics, Arnold kept and watched VHS copies of his favorite games, especially those classic matchups against the Los Angeles Lakers when it was Larry Bird vs. Magic Johnson. And as to his classic yellow Stingray, just a few years ago it won both first place in its class and the Sponsor's Choice Award at the Desert Breeze Corvette car show.
Arnold Brown: son, grandson, brother, husband, father, police officer, investigator, community leader, and friend. He will be remembered as all those things and more. Rest in peace, Arnold, until we meet again.
