Boykin Family Hurricane Irma Relief

Michael Boykin is the Lead Technician for Dana Safety Supply's Fort Myer's Installation Facility. He moved his family to Lehigh Acres (near Fort Myers) from Tampa in early 2017 to accept his new role with the company.
As Hurricane Irma approached South Florida his wife and three small children were able to evacuate with family to Georgia, leaving Mike to care for their home and return to work after the storm passed.
The storm took a northern track earlier than expected, landing a crippling blow to the Naples / Ft. Myers area during the evening of Sunday, September 10th. Just preceeding the storm's landfall the area where Mike's home is was put under mandatory evacuation and he went to a local shelter to weather the storm.
The Fort Myers area experienced flooding and people weren't allowed to return to their homes to access damage until the individual "zones" were cleared.
By the time Mike was able to return to his home on Wednesday, the flood waters had receded to "ankle deep" in his home. All of his furniture, electronics, etc are a complete loss.
As of today, Friday, September 15th Mike was still in the shelter. His father has assisted by getting him a hotel room for the night so he can shower and get a good night's rest.
He is working with FEMA as well as insurance, but in addition to the losses he has also missed a week's work, making cash a priority for this young family.
Mike works for me (Thomas Sabo, Tampa FL). I have set up this fund to try and help in any way I can for him and his family during this difficult time. Mike will be given direct access to these funds through gofundme.com for immediate use towards the supplies and expenses for putting things back together again.
