When Eliot adopted 6 month old, fun loving, sweet puppy, Bowzer, he never thought he would have to deal with chronic health issues. At age 4, this poor dog can't catch a break. Since November of last year, his health has begun to significantly deteriorate.
Bowzer was diagnosed with MRSP (the dog form of MRSA) caused by chronic furunculosis. A disease that causes his immune system to attack his hair folicles, and unfortunately, something he was born with. With his immune system working against him, he then developed pneumonia. Just when it seems this poor guy has no luck at all, he is then diagnosed with severe systolic dysfunction, complications with his heart.
Bowzer takes 27 pills daily to battle these issues. Depending on how sick he gets monthly, the medical bills vary, in addition to how much is spent on his medication.
As you can imagine, the bills have piled up. Please help us pay for Bowzer's medical bills so he can continue his meds and keep making tons of people smile. No one deserves to lose their best friend. Especially if the only thing standing in the way is the financial burden.
