Bowen Family House Fire

Late last evening, January 3rd, 2018 my former brother in law and his family were getting ready for bed when one of the two children saw a fire out his bedroom window. Earlier in the evening, Catherine and her son had heard some strange sounds. They proceded to get ready for bed for the night.  A few minutes after Phillip had gone to bed, his stepson entered the room to state there was a fire. He, his wife and the two boys hurried to get outside quickly grabbing only a cellphone and the dogs. Luckily they got out physically unharmed just before the whole house was engulfed in flames. 

Cause of the fire is currently under investigation. These funds will be used in the meantime to help them establish some sort of normalcy until insurance kicks in and they can rebuild. Part of the money will be used towards the first months rent and security deposit. They also are in need of some basic furnishings like beds and dressers.
