Bounce (walk) the moon in June for Dexter.

Our son Dexter is 6 and severally sight impaired. He has written a book called Dexter and Gracie go to space. He is trying to raise £2000 so he can get his book illustrated and self published in August. The diameter of the moon is 2159 miles. So he would like children and adults to collectively bounce, run, swim, cycle or walk the diameter of the moon in June.

Children who want to bounce can measure their distance in rockets. So for every 100 bounces children reach the top of 1 rocket (1 rocket = 1 mile).

We will offer all children who have raised more that £20 a copy of Dexter's book. The book book will come in 2 different formats (large print (size 40) or (size 60) giant print and braille so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Adults can clock up miles by walking, running, cycling or swimming. Any adult who raises more than £20 can receive a copy of Dexter's book if they wish.
