Please Help Our Family After Hurricane Dorian!

Hello and Thank you for taking the time to read our families story. My name is Rebecca Bostwick, from Manitoba Canada, and I’m married to Barry Bostwick Jr, the son of Christine and Barry Bostwick Sr of Abaco, in the Bahamas. 

On September 1st, 2019, hurricane Dorian devastated the island of Abaco, in the Bahamas. My husbands parents, Barry Sr. & Christine Bostwick and their 3 children were among the thousands of families whose homes were severely damaged, if not ruined completely. They were forced to leave their home in the eye of the storm and flee to another family members home for safety. We are incredibly grateful to hear that they are alive and physically well, but we know they are going to need a lot of help to get back on their feet. 

Barry Jr. and I have been asked by many concerned family members and friends if they can financially help, so we have setup this gofundme page to do so. We are not sure at this point if anything is salvageable in their home, but we do know for sure that their house is going to need major fixes before it is able to be lived in again. We hope to be able to gather money through donations to send them, to be used to get them to safety, and help them start a new life, whether it is in Abaco, or somewhere else. 

The Bostwick's  are incredibly generous, hardworking people, and they need some help. Please keep our family in your prayers as they have a long road ahead of them.
