PLEASE BUY ME A COFFEE, My name is Thomas Judge, I am the founder of First Contact UK

I have been accessing local Mental Health services for 7 years because I have been suffering with the following C-PTSD & Disassociation Disorder,I found that rest & relaxation & respite from my own four walls to be very therapeutic & beneficial to my recovery.
It is a struggle most days, However raising awareness of Mental Health problems gives me a goal in life to carry on regardless in the hope of helping others, this challenge does that for me !

 

 

So I want to raise £30,000 to buy a caravan,This will be used for Respite for people that are currently using therapies & services.We hope to have respite caravans nationwide in time.

We will use a referral method.

 

I will walk from The riverside stadium (Teesside) To Benidorm (Costa Blanca Spain) Via Portsmouth,which is approximately 1000 miles. That's 20 miles per day Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be set aside for R&R that’s one hundred miles per week every week for 10 weeks equating to 1,000 miles or 40 Marathons..
