<div>My name is Fernando Serrano and I’m launching an educational, community-based art project called The Border Loomers-a creative initiative rooted in storytelling, textile art, and cultural connection.

<div>The Border Loomers aims to bring together youth and families from communities on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border to create woven artworks using traditional loom techniques. Through weaving, participants will explore identity, heritage, migration, and shared histories-all while learning valuable artistic and educational skills.

<div>This is more than an art project. It's about:
