Help My Kids get Visitation With Daddy

It has been a year since I have seen my kids!  I am sad, stressed, and frustrated with Family Law.  We have joint custody and a court order, but are still being denied access.  We need to get in front of a judge. 

We are good people and there is absolutely no reason we should not be given our already court ordered visitation, or more.  Ask anyone who has seen the kids with me and their stepmom, they are perfectly comfortable, safe, and happy with our family. 

We have spent thousands on lawyers.  From not knowing where my kids were for 4 months, then being told I should settle for visitation instead of demanding they be moved back to Saskatchewan because we hadn't built a recent relationship...
to driving two provinces for visitation, to jumping on a plane to get them out of social services care, buying all new clothes and toys while we spend many more thousand getting our ducks in a row in case their mother didn't get bail.  She did.  And I haven't seen them since.  She gets legal aid and knows we can't afford to fight for our, and the kids, rights.  We also pay a lot for child support every month.

The stress is becoming too much.  I keep waiting for a break, but realize getting our case in front of a judge is the only way we will get what we deserve. 

All we have done is try to compromise and work together.  In return, we get cut off phone calls, no health or education information, no pictures, and no visits. 

My kids don't derserve this. 

For them, I ask for a bit of help.  Thank you for any contributions.  By asking for help we also hope to raise awareness about the broken family law system and on the damages of parantal alienation.

**  Update**  Right after posting this we got a call that papers were served to John's dad in BC.  She managed to get in front of a judge and get control.  We aren't allowed to take them out of BC and only get supervised visits.  We were NEVER informed of this even though she has all of our contact info.  There is NO reason for this and it is completly sickening that they can get that changed without even hearing from us.  We MUST get her in front of a judge!
