<div>I grew up in Nigeria where my mum struggled to afford football boots for me. I wore one pair until they literally fell apart. When we couldn't afford another pair, my football dreams started to fade, not from lack of talent, but lack of access to basic equipment.

<div>Now I'm in Sheffield, and I see a completely different reality. Kids outgrow boots every season. Perfectly good boots sit unused in cupboards while talented kids in Nigeria play with worn out boots or barefoot.

</div>
<div>- Buying new boots locally in Nigeria: £10-15 per pair

<div>- Collection materials (boxes, labels, transport): £50-100
