Boost the Haitian agriculture

My name is Claude JEUDY, Pastor and Economist. After almost 30 years working in the financial  and humanitarian sectors; partnering with private and public entities; I strongly think the Agro Industry represents the leverage tool to revampire Haiti. I decided to create a farm in the Central Plateau to revitalize and boost the agriculture especially after the devastation of Hurricane Matthew in 4 different departments destroying more than 70% of the capacity of these regions.
The farm in the Central Plateau will produce for local use and export as well , if needed.

We secured 50 hectares of land and will be able to have access to more if funding is available.
Two PHD Agronomists are working with us and already prepared a proposal. For the starting phase, we are looking for 350k USD of which 150k will help prepare the land and buy the materials needed to put all the systems in place( irrigation, security, production etc...)
We hope to have something to show within 6-9 months as soon as the funds arrive.
We will reduce our dependency from outside and create jobs in the area with an exponential effect.

We will be accountable and grateful to all those who support this project and help Haiti.
