The Bonnie L. Cohrs Memorial Fund

As a family, we felt the best way to honor Bonnie was to encourage all those who she touched in life to donate to charities and causes that she felt strongly about. We also felt that it would be best to have on central fund where all those donations could be made. Bonnie had many passions and all donations made will be divided evenly among charities and causes that represent what she felt strongly about. One such organization is the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. This sanctuary rescues and provides a safe haven for circus elephants as well as for elephants that zoos wish to retire from public exhibition. For Bonnie it was not just enough to offer assistance to those in need, but to also provide them with the dignity and respect that we all deserve. She knew that we all just need a little help and a little love sometimes, and she'd be the first to offer both without question or hesitation.
