<div>With very heavy hearts we share the news that our friend and colleague, Bonnie Tsui, has passed away following a two-year battle with breast cancer.

<div>Bonnie radiated joy in everything she did, her smile and laughter were ever-present. Bonnie brought out the best in those around her, and she taught us all so much — not just about work, but about the importance of living with purpose and heart. Above all, Bonnie cherished her family — especially her devoted husband, Dan, and her young daughter, Elodie. She poured her love into them and into all of us, leaving a legacy that we will carry forward.

<div>Bonnie was a bright light in our Toronto office, fiercely dedicated to her clients and our Firm. As a Partner in our Transactional Practice, she was a passionate mentor to so many lawyers and clerks, also serving as co-chair of student recruitment in Toronto. Bonnie will be missed more than words can express, but she will forever remain in our hearts and memories. She was a remarkable part of our lives and family at Baker McKenzie.

<div>We, her friends &amp; colleagues, are raising funds to support her family following Bonnie's passing. As anyone can imagine, this young family's life has changed drastically and although we cannot erase their pain, we have started this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burdens and more specifically to raise funds for Elodie's future education. Any amount is greatly appreciated, and we thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness during this most difficult time.
