Bones for Barkley

Many of you know that Barkley rescued Shaina when she was in the midst of a hardship- feeling disillusioned, hopeless and going through a very painful divorce. Over the past 9 years he's brought so much joy and companionship to her life.

After multiple vet visits, last week Barkley was diagnosed bladder stones. His condition is potentially fatal with the bladder stones blocking a complicated spot in his urethra. He requires two expensive surgeries to loosen and remove the stones. All of this is coming after multiple visits to the vet and failed treatments.

I set up this fund because I know the financial strain is daunting for Shaina and Tyee as they move forward in the next course of treatment.
Barkley's spirits are high and he is not currently in pain, however it's only a matter of time before the stones progress. If they completely block his urethra, he will be unable to urinate and it will be fatal.

Shaina and Tyee don't expect anything however I know they have friends and family who said they wanted to contribute and this is definitely a time of need.
