Over the last 60 days, Amanda Boles has experienced a lifetime (or more) of critical health issues as the doctors have worked vigorously to control one setback after another. Amanda kept fighting!
After discovering an infection in her heart in December, weeks after having open heart surgery in late October, she received her second open heart surgery in a 60 day period. As you can imagine, one of these surgeries is hard enough on the body, and after making it through the first 4 weeks post-op, to find out you need to have another one was terrifying. Amanda forged ahead as she does; however, since the surgery on 12/20/2017, she has been in critical condition at Baylor Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Marla and family have been able to be by her side through some of the darkest hours, as they continue to comfort Amanda and believe that she can and will wake up.
Marla, Jake and the family are calling on all to continue sending their thoughts and prayers for Amanda in this moment. And if you are able and willing, to consider a donation to help cover some basic expensese that will need to be taken care of to continue to allow Marla, Jake and the family to be with Amanda through this time.
