My dear friend Jennifer Park started this account for Gibson.She often sells her little girls' clothes as she grows out of them. She holds auctions on Instagram to sell the clothes to other moms. She generally uses the money she gets from selling the clothes to fund buying new clothes for her daughter. Instead, she has chosen to donate all the money from her next couple of auctions to Gibson. She set up this Gofundme account for him and she shared the story below with all of her mom followers on Instagram. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful people in my life.

Hello Ladies,
Before I begin the sale, I want to share with you the story behind the recipient of the money that will be raised by the auction items today and in the next big sales I will be having.
Misti has been one of my very best friends for over 20 years. She was the first friend I told I was pregnant. She was by my side as I screamed in pain for hours during natural labor with my daughter. She stayed in the hospital with my family while I had and emergency C-section and she dressed my daughter in her very first outfit to come home.
A few months ago, during an appendectomy, they discovered she had a pomegranate sized uterine tumor. She faced the reality of never being able to have children. Her uterus was to be removed. A month later, while in surgery for her hysterectomy, as the first cut was made, the phone rang in the operating room. The lab called to tell the surgeon she was pregnant.
21 weeks later her water broke and she was hospitalized. Inverted and on extreme bed rest, she kept little Gibson in the there long enough to be “viable” and qualify for medical help should he be born. A few weeks later- at 23.5 weeks, he was!
It’s been incredibly difficult for her little family with Gibson in the NICU, fighting every single day and his mommy battling recovery from a C-section induced staph infection. My friend pumps every 3 hours day and night. She spends long hours at the hospital by Gibson’s side. She prays endlessly
I am asking for this wonderful community of mothers to help my friend, who is walking a path harder than we can ever imagine. If you can, participate in the auction or make a direct donation.
