Second Year On The School Of Worship

Hello,
My name is Amanda Weir and I am a graduate of the Living Light School of Worship in Kenosha, Wisconsin - class of 2014. This school is very unique and unlike any other school. It’s a nine month discipleship program where we study and read through the entire Bible. We study Biblical worship, go through books, study theology and so much more. It’s first and for most a discipleship program, but also a music program. My major instrument was drums, buy I also studied music theory, song writing, ear training and keyboarding.
God has changed my life this year more than any other year of my life. I believe this program has a vision to lay strong foundations for anyone who does this program; this is certainly what I experienced. This is only a nine month program, but they have second year internships for very few students, whom they pray and seek God on and feel would be suitable for a second year in the program.
I have been asked to come back and attend as a second year student! I would study much of what I listed above, but would be in more of a leadership role. I would lead students in high schools to lead worship, and be a leader among the youth and others doing their first year in the program and much more. This is very exciting, humbling, and challenging for me as I feel called to go. This is a huge opportunity for me and what God has for me in the future.
Because this a small school, it is not credited and scholarships are not available. My goal is $3,500, and if you would like to support me in my journey I would appreciate it so much. When giving a donation, you are not supporting the school financially, but me directly in being able to do the second year internship.
Above all, prayers would be highly appreciated. For strength and peace as God supplies the money, and as I go into my second year working among students.
